The Better Days for Men Foundation
We are a Scottish registered charity that aims to provide advice, information, support and ultimately
hope to men who have fallen on hard times and are suffering hardship.
Support and Hope for Men
We provide support for all men of any age going through any form of difficulty or hardship.
We recognise that certain issues in life can adversely affect men and place them at a disadvantage.
We seek to raise awareness of these issues and help to address them.
We are here to provide a broad platform of support and hope to help affected men overcome their adversity and hardship,
and find better days.
How Do We Help?
Our website is the gateway to our support services.
We can provide advice, useful information and support on a wide range of issues that can adversely affect men.
We also raise awareness and try to tackle relevant issues, working with partner organisations and agencies to help and support men overcome their hardship.

— Our support
We are here to help! Reach out to us and we will do everything that we can to help and support you in your time of need.
We are a small and friendly team led by an inspirational leadership team! Our caseworkers are trained specialists and can encourage you towards finding light at the end of a dark tunnel.
Our Trustees come from a varied mix of professional backgrounds and work closely with our select group of volunteers and caseworkers to provide help and support.
— be inspired
We have a section for inspirational blogs on our website. On this page, we would like to provide a collection of inspiring stories of some of the difficulties and hardships that men from across the country have gone through. Learn about their experiences and be inspired on how they have overcome their hardships to find better days.
— Share your experiences
Have you been through a tough time?
Have you got a story to tell?
Would you like to share your story?
If yes, then we want to hear from you! We can publish your story (anonymously) on our website if you feel that it will help to inspire other men overcome similar hardships.
— Forum (under development)
In the near future, we aim to provide an interactive online forum where users can interact in a safe and non-judgemental online environment. A place where they can share their thoughts and experiences on relevant issues and support each other.
